Agreement to these terms

This website and the Women Evolving: Igniting Growth, Healing and Transformation™ (WEIGHT) Conference are operated by Dr. Lisa L. Campbell, Inc. and The Jasmine L. Winston Educational Foundation (together, “we,” “us” or “our”). By using this website, submitting a form or attending the conference, you agree to these terms.

Event details

We work hard to deliver the experience we describe. Speakers, session topics, the schedule, the venue and other details may change. We will share important updates with ticket holders by email.

Tickets and refunds

Tickets are sold through Eventbrite and are also subject to Eventbrite's terms. Refunds are available up to 30 days before the event. Seating is limited and is not guaranteed until your ticket is purchased.

Speakers, vendors and sponsors

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Selected speakers, vendors and sponsors receive a separate agreement, and that agreement governs their participation.

Sponsorships

Sponsorship payments are made to The Jasmine L. Winston Educational Foundation. Sponsors receive a written receipt that states the value of any benefits received. Whether a payment is tax deductible depends on your situation, so please consult your own tax advisor.

Photo and video consent

The conference is photographed and recorded. By attending, you agree that your image and voice may appear in photos and video used in the digital recap magazine, on this website and on social media, without payment. If you prefer not to appear, please let a member of our team know when you check in.

Code of conduct

• Treat every attendee, speaker, vendor, volunteer and venue staff member with respect
• Honor the room. Personal stories shared during the conference are not to be recorded or repeated without permission
• Selling and soliciting are limited to the vendor marketplace
• We may ask anyone who disrupts the experience or makes others feel unsafe to leave, without a refund
