The opportunity
Do you have a message that helps women grow, heal and transform?
The Women Evolving: Igniting Growth, Healing and Transformation™ (WEIGHT) Conference is seeking speakers who bring expertise, authenticity and practical tools to an intimate room of women ready for their next season of growth.
Session Format
- Seven guest sessions, 30 minutes each
- Each session is dedicated to one of the Seven Types of Weight™: Emotional, Mental, Historical, Comparative, Procrastination, Commitment or Physical
- Your host, Dr. Lisa L. Campbell®, guides the day as MC, so every session connects to the next
- One speaker per session, so every voice has the room's full attention

- A clear message tied to one of the Seven Types of Weight™
- Personal story paired with practical takeaways attendees can use right away
- Topics such as growth, healing, resilience, leadership, wellness and transformation
- Speakers who are engaging, prepared and aligned with our mission
What Speakers Receive

- Promotion across our website, email and social media before the event
- Professional photos of your session for your own marketing
- The opportunity to reach women on a deep, lasting level
Please Note
- Vendor tables are not included with speaking. Speakers who want to sell products or services may apply for a vendor table at vendor rates.
- Product sales and sales pitches are not permitted from the stage
- Travel, lodging and parking are the speaker's responsibility
- Speaking at WEIGHT is a volunteer opportunity. Speakers do not receive an honorarium.
- Sessions are presented without slides or a screen
- Speakers are welcome to provide handouts of no more than two pages. Handouts should be educational, not sales materials. Speakers may either bring printed copies for every attendee or submit their handout for inclusion in the conference workbook by July 30, 2027.
Requirements
What we ask of every speaker.
- Sessions run exactly 30 minutes, including any Q&A. Please plan to finish at 28 minutes to allow for transitions.
- Content must align with the conference theme and mission
- Speakers must submit a headshot, bio and session description by December 18, 2026
- Speakers must attend a virtual speaker orientation on Saturday, August 21, 2027

- Our team reviews each application for message and mission alignment
- Selected speakers are notified by December 11, 2026 and receive a speaker agreement
- Your session is confirmed once the agreement is signed
